Bed and Slippers Properties LLC was founded as a property management company to lease short-term rental properties and some long-term rentals. Reimagined in 2021, the owner who previously was a realtor and property manager decided to expand as a national investment company. Since our establishment in Louisville, KY, we’ve expanded operations and created, Bed and Slippers Investments. LLC. This sister company; which will invest and partner with other individuals and investors that are doing great things to help communities with real property development all over the U.S. Our mission is to help people sell and or buy properties that need some TLC and revitalizing the communities we live in is our focus. When it comes to investing, there’s no such thing as approaching us too early if you are facing pre-foreclosure, need major repairs, or you just need to sell quickly for cash. In fact, the sooner you take action the better. We specialize in connecting people to meet their needs. Buyers and sellers (including investors) are who we strive to assist.
